Action Timeline: Camp Deployment & Coordination

Before deploying your camp or hosting any events under Wamotopia, please complete the following steps and submit the required information to your Wamo contact.

If you don’t yet have a Wamo contact or are not in any official Wamo groups, please refer to:

Phase 1 · Camp Proposal & Initial Alignment before 1st Jan

(Promotion preparation + camp-building support)

In this phase, the Wamo public team will help review, promote, and support the early setup of your camp.

Please submit the following before 1st Jan to the group:

• [ ] Camp name(s)
• [ ] Camp theme + brief description
  • 3–4 sentences explaining:
    • What your camp is about
    • Who it’s for
    • What kind of experience participants can expect
• [ ] Your specific needs for logistics and venue or accommodation
• [ ] Camp Tentative Duration
• [ ] Your Brand Assets (If has)

Once confirmed, Wamo may begin:

• Early promotion
• Visibility within the Wamotopia network
• Initial coordination support

Phase 2 · Camp Confirmation & Schedule Lock-in before 14st Jan

(Internal confirmation stage)

In this phase, your camp structure is finalized.

You will confirm:

• [ ] Location and duration for Camps

🌍 This phase ensures your camp can be officially included in the Wamotopia program timeline.
